We are confident you'll love your Korhythm™. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your music boxing machine, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition: The product must be unused and in like-new condition, returned in its original packaging with all included accessories (main unit, gloves, bandages, cables, etc.).

Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Support: Email us at
[kenkenji620@gmail.com]to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted. -
Pack Your Item: Securely pack the product using the original packaging and materials. Include all parts and accessories.

Ship Your Return: Mail the return package to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important Notes

Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used boxing gloves and hand wraps cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly cover the shipping costs to send you a replacement.
