We are confident you'll love your Korhythm™. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your music boxing machine, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Condition: The product must be unused and in like-new condition, returned in its original packaging with all included accessories (main unit, gloves, bandages, cables, etc.).

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at [kenkenji620@gmail.com] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted.

  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the product using the original packaging and materials. Include all parts and accessories.

  3. Ship Your Return: Mail the return package to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification.

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used boxing gloves and hand wraps cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly cover the shipping costs to send you a replacement.
